Six Word Memoirs: My own philosophies

#10--Andes Mints on my Grandma's Table.
#9--I'm gonna worry, but not now.
#8--Lost a fight with a Goldfish.
#7--Prevent regret before you feel it.
#6--Seventeen, College Plans, time to fly.
#5--Car stopped at a forked road.
#4--Fingers raw from pressing six strings.
#3--Blue eyes, free skies, heavy sighs.
#2--One lane highway ahead, no exits.
#1--American Stars on my father's coffin.

  1. Dear Readers:
    My father was in the military for a decade, but retired from that field only a few years before 9/11. I never had to worry about my dad losing his life in combat, but I have had a few friends whose fathers have served diligently in Iraq. My heart goes out to those men and women soldiers that give their lives for their country. I am proud to be an American, and that is why "American stars on my father's coffin" is my number one.

  2. wow. you sure do put my list to shame!! this is soo good. you're first one can have so many meanings that range from saddness to courage. I love the one that says "prevent regret before you feel it" ha i always live my life without regrets so that one just sticks out at me. and the one about college is so time appoirate. ha love it!!! keep up the good work.
